As a member of MEP team in Target Engineering - Civil Division for the last "3 years" I was responsible but not limited to :

*Procurement work for most of our projects held in UAE, Starting from sending RFQ to Suppliers, Negotiation with them for the best prices.
*Reviews MEP designs, shop drawings and preparing materiel Submittal for Approval.
*Preparing Assessment sheet for supplier as required by cost control Dep. in Target.
*Estimation of cost for jobs in tender, Preparing BOQ and sending RFQ further to material take off.
*Following projects progress through site visits and preparing all logs plans reports to the management
*Coordinates with subcontractors for mechanical work activities and materials.
*Performs installation, testing, commissioning, operations, and maintenance - HVAC, plumbing,
chillers, firefighting, etc.
*Conducts site inspections and monitors activities to ensure work executions are done as per the approved shop drawings and specifications
*Ensures QC compliance
*Ensures mechanical work activities are carried out in accordance to safety policies and procedures
*Prepares relevant documents to perform mechanical work activities.
