I am Egyptian Civil Engineer with 8 years experience working in construction and Finishing works as a Contractor and Consultant Engineer in UAE , GCC & EGY

I am aware with all Dubai regulations and working standards from sitting out the mobilization plan of the project until handing over to authorities ( DM , DCD , RTA , ETISALAT , DEMARCATION , POLICE ) until releasing the TOC

I was graduated from Faculty of Engineering Cairo University 2011 ,
I start my career as a Structure Engineer in Accord Consultant Office , then I worked as a Project Engineer / Project Manager in Construction company in KSA and handled 2 Projects with values ( 42 & 50 Million SAR) then i worked as a Consultant Engineer in ECG ( Engineering Consultants Group ) then I worked as a Project Engineer in Construction Company in Dubai and handled 1 residential/Commercial building with value (16 million AED) then I got promoted to Project Manager for 3 Private villas with Ministry of president affairs (12million AED)

I have experience in MEP supervision (Engineering and Site work) to overcome any delay and double work.

I have experience working in Residential / Commercial Buildings & Villas until accomplishing the project on the approved baseline with low cost and high quality to achieve client satisfaction
