• Monitoring compliance with HSMS ISO 9001/14001 & OHSAS 45001.
• Implementation & Monitoring of company HSE management system on site. (HSE policies, Plans & Procedures).
• Fulfilling the Client & Consultant’s HSE requirements.
• Supporting the project team to identify hazards & risk at work corrective/preventive actions
• Ensure Plant inspection, inspection of rigging slinging and lifting tools, cranes and convey safe Mechanical or technical procedure.
• Assisting the line with the production of Risk Assessments.
• Development of site HSE process audits and formal site inspection schedules.
• Reporting HSE Performance.
• Maintaining HSE documentation to satisfy Internal and external auditors.
• Support the line managers with Incident investigation & Reporting.
• Communication / Consultation with the line and safety staff.
• Ensuring that Environment aspects are considered during planning and execution of work.
• Prepare Schedule and monitor Emergency response, conducting Emergency Evacuation drill. Reviewed and update Company’s emergency procedure as and when required.
• Advising senior management & personnel on statutory regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all safety related equipment certification and ensure that items are inspected, tested and certification is maintained current.
• Fulfillment of sustainability targets by adoption of innovation solutions such as solar energy and environmental friendly procurement.
• Reporting to the Group HSE manager & Project Director.
• Strictly implementing the Local labor laws as well as project safety policies and procedure
• Conducting safety induction at all levels.
• Conducting monthly safety committee meeting with project execution team.
• Responsible to develop review and update HSE Procedures & Plan.
• Conduct near misses incident and accident investigation.
• Prepare internal HSE Audit and Emergency Procedure for Hazard identification.
• Inspection of all kind of equipment’s & machinery.
• Conducting in house job related specialized training program for employees.
