Handling overall HR operation for 150 employees.
Recruitment:
Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department.
Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the Management.
Sourcing the candidates that match the desired skills.
Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews.
Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects.
Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned department heads.
Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates.
Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates.
Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Induction and On-boarding
When a particular candidate is finalized and selected, giving him offer letter, issuing appointment letter with brief working agreement or policies.
Giving a description on the policies, procedures and culture followed by the company.
Properly filling the relevant document of the new Joinee as required.
Handling all the immigration process, i.e. (employment visa, Medical tests, emirates ID, residence visa Stamping, & visa cancellation etc.
Introducing him/her to the team and supervisor and Department managers.
Explaining the mode of communication.
Coordinating with the IT team to get his email id made & biometrics captured for the attendance.

Making or Amending the existing policies and procedures.
Attendance and Leave records
Keeping a track of the attendance of the employees.
Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken.
Employee Relation & Welfare
Handling all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance, and Loans etc.
Handling the payroll Managing advance Salary, Loans Confirmations, performance Appraisals, employee’s accommodation, transport, insurance claims (Medical & workmen compensation) & Ticketing etc.
Exit-Interviews.

Create and maintain employee’s personal files and records. Generated Human Resources data reports.
Screened resumes, scheduled and conducted interviews, composed Congratulatory Letters.
Create and type office correspondence Letters (i.e. offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter) & maintain confidentiality.
Review applications and organize the paperwork/collected all necessary documents
