JOB DETAILS:
Co-ordination with Consultant, Vendors and other services. Exp of MEP Co-ordination, Execution. Design, Planning, Execution, Quantity take-off, Variations, Billing and Procurement of materials (Electrical and ELV-Low Current Systems) as per drawings. Making material submittals, load-DB schedules, SLDs, shop drgs as per tender drgs and Tech. Specs. Monitoring the site activities and to Foremens & Technicians as per work completion schedule of project. Overall responsibilities from starting till completion of project. Qty Variation in Tender, FD, BOQ. Review of Subcontr’s Invoice. Quantity take-off & Supervision of MEP projects.
