I currently work as a Procurement Officer at Lupane State University where I am responsible for compilation of purchase requisition from user departments, research for and selects potential and suitable sources of supply in line with existing laws and procedures, preparation of purchase orders for purchases, preparation of procurement reports, performing risk management for supply contracts and agreements, preparing bid notices, liaising with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe on issues relating to procurement. With the passion and knowledge I have in Procurement and Supply, I possess the necessary skills and attributes that enable me to contribute to the profession of Procurement. I have good communication and organisational skills and able to work in a multicultural environment. I am a fast learner and have a good flair of numbers.
