• Presently working as a operation Manager in Allied Maintenance Company in Jeddah Gate project –Emaar having track record of successfully managing a facility management contract with multiple services Hard/Soft/Support services and possess excellent command on KPI/CAFM/Risk assessment, inspections, tendering, estimations etc.

• I am a Bachelor of Engineering graduate in Mechanical Engineering (B.E), followed to Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (D.M.E), and successfully completed trainings like Building Management System, Refrigerant gas R-410a usage Training, with I.T. knowledge including MS Office applications, C, and AutoCAD R14.0.

• I possess an UAE Driving License, I am currently on Employment Visa with transferable Iqama and can be available within 1 month or less, to join a challenging position with a dynamic organization that welcomes initiative, dedication, and demands excellence in consistently meeting business objectives and exceeding standards.
