Responsible for Leading the team and achieving the operation targets including general supervision of all phases of plant operations including: New Product development, Plant Operations, Financial Operations, Safety and Health of the Plant
• Responsibilities also include recruiting, hiring and training personnel and facility capital improvements.
• Responsible for annual budget planning and execution
• Leads the operation team to increase productivity and profitability within the manufacturing operation of CSP Plant
• Ensuring the organizational targets/ goal is achieved as per the organizational requirement and timelines
• Ensure that all legal/ Organizational Procedures and Compliances are adhered to within the plant
• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the Plant
• Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible
• Coordinate the hiring and training of all manufacturing personnel for the plant
• Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
• Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets
• Encourage and promote operating in a continuous improvement environment
• Communicate with research and development as well as product management personnel to develop new product strategies
• Build competitive production and supplier to the OEM’s
• Ensure and Coordinate all Trainings and Talent development/ acquisition for the respective

• Estimating required Raw Material for project based on conceptual drawings.
• Planning of Production & fabrication of materials after receiving approved drawings with respect to project completion date or shipment dates.
• Coordinating with Packing & Dispatch department for safely evacuation of goods on the shipment date.
• Optimize manpower for production and maintain proper supply of FG to other departments for fabrication.
• Prioritize the work as per production plan and plan the manpower requirement to undertake various production activities planned for the day.
• Monitor production process and quality of products along with QC and incorporate changes if any in consultation with Plant Manager.
• Meticulously plan the available manpower to send on site for the erection jobs and to run the production line, if required.
• Effective plant maintenance along with concerned maintenance staff and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and making Corrective Action and Preventive Actions (CAPA) of plant utilities and machineries.
• Make mock-up models to ensure the raw material procured or other items will be enough to finish the job on-site.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the produced material will be enough to finish the project with respect to the extra reject or scrap generated by them.
• Suggest every possibility to management which can save time, manpower and improve product quality.

• Planning and monitoring of production activities and distribution of man power on floor.
• Conduct quality efficacy trials, summarize trial data & provide recommendations for product improvement.
• Plan productions based on customer and sales requirement and ensure availability of raw material & packing material at all the time in plant.
• Regularly clearing Work In Progress (WIP) and maintaining finished good stock with respect to dispatch schedule and coordinating with sales.
• Discover, test, and implement new materials and technologies to improve comfort, quality, cost and value.
• Ensure process controls are implemented to monitor product quality and identify “out of control" states and control the process before producing out of specification product.
• Regularly monitoring of process wastage & work to reduce the same to deliver raw material and packing material utilization above set standard.
• Process control of Polyurethane and Polyisocyanurate sandwich panels foaming.
• Ensure the raw materials are unloaded immediately on receipt, testing is done and located to respective area as per instructions, in case of damage/deficiency intimate all concerned and documentation on his effect to raise the issue with supplier.
• Ensure cost control and cost reduction measures are incorporated without compromising the quality in all activities.

• Shop floor production planning to maximize the daily production.
• Actively involved in Store for better access of raw material in production lines.
• Coordinating with Quality Control in Client inspection.
• Maintaining daily production, Dispatch and Product Non Conformity Report (PNCR) and other mandatory reports for ISO 9001.
• Providing Class Room Training and On Job Training (OJT).
• Suggesting operational improvements to enhance quality, improve production times, reduces costs and timely delivery.
