• Experience with a dialer product in a customer contact center environment.
• Several years experience with Windows 2003/2008 Server platforms with an emphasis on Active Directory and Group Preference Object
• Advance knowledge to perform PC Installation & Configuration, maintenance, assembly’s upgrades and consultations Hardware and Software.
• Knowledgeable in Windows registry editor, Group Policy, services, Local Security setting and Computer Management.
• Strong interpersonal skills with all types of stakeholders including support analyst, management business partners, and customers and users.
