• Handling a team of approx. 24 team mates including of - Nationals, Expats, Professionals, Ladies and gents.
Contribution towards Pre and Post contracts:
• Reviewing Bid Bond; executing monthly & periodical review in consultation with Estimation Department to retrieve the outstanding tender bond; following-up with estimation to retrieve the Tender Bond for cancellation.
• Prepare detailed cost-estimates by analyzing plans and specifications with the help of project manager.
• Work with Project manager to develop and prepare conceptual estimates using preliminary budgeted information.
• Evaluate project budgets with project timelines, compare actual cost incurred with percentage of work completed, advice the project management cost to completion by re-estimating the project overheads.
• Review Project Value, Actual Cost, Earned Value, Cost variance (Budget vs actuals), cost of managing projects and process.
• Evaluate site progress report which will include progress of work, value of work completed as against planned.
• Successfully reviewing revenue budget and production schedule - primary inputs of Material Budgeting for confirmed and ongoing orders based on their Bills of Materials (BOM).
• To help project managers to prepare formulated strategies and communicated assumptions, project wise SWOT Analysis, Project forecast categorising complete PROJECT further to PROJECT PACKAGE and further WORK BREAK DOWN STRUCTURE.
• To Create Project detailed annual plan to achieve the sales targets assigned by MD/Vice Chairman. Annual targets are converted into monthly targets. Human resource requirement are projected and planned for delivery dates, material requirements are identified and budgeted. Develop a systematic approach for allocating financial, physical, human resources to achieve annuals goals and there by project execution.
• Periodical basis compile required Insurance coverage for each type of Insurance.
• On a monthly basis, Review the outstanding Bonds in consultation with the originator to retrieve the bonds for cancellation upon completion/ fulfilment.
• Periodical Reviews of Updated schedule of Project for evaluating actual start date, progress percentage, Actual finish date, out of sequence, Logic, remaining duration of activities to arrive “ESTIMATION TO COMPLETE ETC”.
Contribution towards AP Team:
• Instrumental in implementing:
o Semi-automated bill control register in accounts to track payment movement real time basis; automated bank letter
o Budget check and variance for overhead accounting &analysis in ERP
o Various reports required by “C” level management which can be tweaked manually to make a better presentation
• Significant contributions as Active Lead in outsourcing all the transactional activities related to Accounts Payable i.e. Expense Accounting, Accruing, TB Analysis, Intercompany & Vendor Reconciliation, Creditors Reports & Ageing and so on.
• Analyze expenditure of prospective orders. Check payment terms and dates for procured material.
• Book-keeping of start-up companies till the time they are handed over to full-fledged finance and accounts team.
• Pivotal in managing ERP implementation functions from DOS to Oracle based Software; dealing / liaising with ERP team for certain critical AR and AP reports
• Worked with One of the Big 5 auditors to close financial audits.
Contribution towards Reporting:
• To identify investment required in fixed assets and working capital and funding.
• After preparation and review of the above, consolidate the data and create “Consolidated Budget Statement of Accounts”.
• Contributions towards conducting periodical reviews to report on Sales Variance Report, Raw Material Variance Report, Labour Cost Variance Report, Expenses Variance Report, HR Variance Report, Procurement Variance Report, CAPEX Variance Report, etc.
• Process-review of various business units including MIS creation and analysis including Sales, Research (production team), new-product line, job-costing, contract revenue, billing cycle, follow-ups for certifications and collections.
• Restoring financial health of the company through the following initiatives:
o Controlling all receivables, payable and assets (tangible and intangible)
o Establishing a working relationship with bankers, suppliers and workers; negotiating settlements and restructuring financial liabilities with bankers, suppliers, statutory agencies
o Preparing BRS, Cash-flow Statements, Bookkeeping of Start-up Companies
• Actively involved in CAPEX Planning for the upcoming year as well as annual plan including budgets, revenue budget (Project-wise, month-wise execution), materials budgeting, OPEX or expenditure budget for a year or period of 12 months.
• Working in close relation with BU Heads for setting the action-plan and working towards the streamlined execution.
• Important role in assisting the Business Heads in business presentation to the Board in their periodical review meetings
• Pivotal in conducting costing analysis of project budgets; also continuously monitoring with actual reporting variance.
• Periodical reviews to report on Sales Variance Report, Raw Material Variance Report, Labor cost Variance Report, Expenses Variance Report, HR Variance Report, Procurement variance Report, Capex variance Report. These Variances reports are shared with MD and all concerned departments.
• Costing analysis of project budgets, continuous monitor with actuals reporting variance. Analysing each BOQ item wise costs with actuals incurred, analysing cost to completion project-wise item wise details, detailed factory production analysis to develop pricing codes. Verifying project MIS and providing financial prognosis. Verifying SBU performance and providing financial prognosis.
• Skillfully developing key managerial reports issued to the profit centre heads and “C” level managers; regularly following up to receive similar reports from other subsidiaries or branches viz.. UK, Sri Lanka, India, Indian SEZ Unit, Dubai & Qatar.
• Creating Confidential Information Memorandums / Research Notes for the companies; providing all kinds of critical “On Demand” reports in addition to the above mentioned reports
• Brought a consolidation of financials on one platform (Oman, Dubai, UK, Srilanka and India) for Revenue approx. USD 500 Mio.
• Framing internal policies for Recognizing revenue, understanding work completion methods.
• Interaction with the BU heads across the organization to set the action-plan and work towards the streamlined execution.

Managing Payroll of more than 3000+ employees from multi nationalities enhancing commitment to excellence.
• Essaying a crucial role in devising effective policies & procedures designed to ensure that management directives are carried out throughout the organisation w.r.t. information processing, physical controls and segregation of duty of certain departments.

• Plant costing analysis of varied range of fertilisers, Pesticides, Speciality Nutrients, wrt its pricing with subsidies and without.
• Analysis of supply to the Retail’s market within Andhra.
• Developed costing analysis to analyse the above products result making losses without Government subsidies.
