Planning, Studying and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, Overheads, Other Direct Cost, and labor.

Revenue Invoice Booking, Keeping up to date client accounts, Issuing Statement of Accounts and follow-up with outstanding dues, Debtors Ageing, Project & Invoice wise Statements.

Cheque and Petty Cash Handling, Deposit to Bank, Posting of PDC & Cheque Receipts.

Staff payroll, Workers Payroll, Annual Leave settlement and Final Settlement. Analyzing Labor Work Hours with monthly data and sending to the management for ease analyzing. Employee Reconciliation, Compile Staff Fingerprint Data for monthly salary preparation.

Good in Transit & WIP, Quarterly Charge –off of WIP-Projects. Participating in Month & Year End Closing. Assist in year End Audit with PWC.
