Associated with Al Ain Dairy, I have led the overall transformation for the Procurement and Logistics from organization setup up, process mapping, ERP selection and defining the policies and procedures for the company as well as the KPIs.

As part of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) I have established a new line of business for plastic bottle in house manufacturing with saving around 12million /year (Make and buy decision) and anticipated revenue of 100m AED (profit center)

With Mubadala – Strata, I led the Aerostructure and Engineering Contract Negotiation, I was also responsible to negotiate agreements and purchase all the Capex and raw material for the facility
