OMAN AUDIT (Petroleum Development 2019).  Recruitment of new employee, conducting induction program, safety training and executing various HR related polices before handing over them respective department HOD.  Write ups for company newsletters and maintaining full record of meetings and other HR activities conducted in the plant for enhancing the skills and knowledge of staff.  Fully responsible for the induction program of OJTs and BLPs in addition to handling the training data analysis.
