Project of Development of security headquarters Directorate, Dormitories and Sports Centres) of the Ministry of Interior - the fourth stage (KAP 4)

 Project period 36 month.
 The project scope consists of the construction of 8 new Directorates, 4 Dormitories and 4 Sports Centres at Riyadh.
 My share was (Passport Directorate) which consists of 23 buildings (between G+2 and G+6) and external car parking and landscaping area with total value of 700 Million SR.

Ritz Carlton Hotel, Abu Dhabi, UAE
 Project value is USD 295 million.
 Project period 60 month.
 The project scope consists of the construction of 10 hotel towers along with car parking, 88 individual chalets, as well as the on-site Venetian Village. The Venetian Village includes 33 apartments, a spa building, a tennis centre, car park and three shaded areas adjacent to the resort’s swimming pools.
