Who Am I

I am Veera, working for Tech Mahindra Bangalore, India as Project Lead. I have total of 12+ years of experience in IT industries, in Tech M leading 20 members team providing all business related requirements, direct meetings and discussions with stakeholders about day to day task and assigning it to entire team to make them understand about all banking requirements. Also individual contributor to develop required banking BI solutions and reports. Since 6.3 years working as project leader and ready to take any roles like Business Analyst, Support operations, facilities management, or project management for further. As I have worked all across global customers directly in HSBC USA Chicago, H3G UK in Maidenhead and Frequently travelled to Australian clients like Suncorp at present Banking client and also for NEWS Corp client.
Always making my team to work life balance and giving space to learn new things in achieving as per current Agile model.
