• Skilled at analysing the variation claims with their settlements from sides of client, consultant and contractor during and after project completion.
• Generating periodic status & cost reports for apprising management of project progress.
• Listing the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
• Playing an integral role in reviewing the project time schedule and providing the project planner with the updated activities due to site conditions & variations.
• Well versed in value engineering, project estimations, regulating material purchasing, site management & project execution. Ability to coordinate with structures, services and other specialist drawings.
• Ensuring that quality parameters are met and has an eye for details having emphasis on high end architectural finishes for enduring quality.
