Accountant in a fully government-owned free zone, it offers a wide variety of top-notch tech services and offices for companies. The load of work was tremendous and required hard-work since the authority had many responsibilities (house rentals, offices to companies, cleaning services to tenants, and many other services). The position required quick learning, adaptability, and work under pressure. Quickly grasping the duties of accounting alongside financial analysis as well as the only recently introduced VAT.
Responsibilities include:
• Booking Tax Invoices
• Generating Payments/Refunds
• Organizing schedules such as Accruals and pending products and other.
• Creating a financial report and analyzing income for a specific month (special task by CFO)
• Manually entering huge telecommunication bills for employees
• Cash Management
• Supplier accounts’ reconciliation.
