• All HSE Procedure & Documentation as per standards.
• Preparation Project Specific HSE Plan and effectively implementation.
• Review & monitor conformance TRA “Task Risk Assessment as per Method Statement.
• Coordination with Consultant & Client.
• Conduction HSE Training / Induction of new joiners at site and specific HSE Training as per Procedure.
• Preparation weekly & Monthly HSE performance report & submitting to the management
• Accident/Incident investigation reporting on "ACTIVE" Software” and recommendations, liaison with various departments’ leads on concerned safety issues.
• Identifying hazards and reporting unsafe acts and conditions proactively and advise appropriate controls to mitigate imminent danger at work place.
• Conduct planned HSE Walkthrough with Client & Top Management.
• Organize monthly site committee meeting with site staff & site management.
• Conducting HSE Incentive program on monthly basis and reward nominated employees for enhance HSE Culture. Minutes of meeting of HSE Incentive report to the Top Management.
• Conduct special crew meeting on weekly basis.
• Maintain Monthly Action Tracking/corrective actions register.
• Assist to junior HSE staff at attend daily worksite provide the guidance.
• Participate in project planned medical rescue drill exercise.
• Regularly inspect the work areas to identify unsafe acts and conditions and advise to line management for corrective measurement action.
• Assess field activities by conducting onsite audits and site visits to ensure HSE compliance.
• Monitoring the permit to work system.
• Conducting camp inspection on weekly bases, interacting between yards employee and management to solve health, safety related issues.
• Conducting emergency drill practice with Client Rescue Team and ERT member.
