HVAC Engineer
• To Supervise all kind of Mechanical work going on Site as per Approved Drawing and the Materials are used as per the Client Specification.
• Prior to start HVAC activities notify to QC Personal for surveillance to ensure the quality work
• Site Visit for RFI / RFP/ RFQ to make clear the Scope of Work.
• Quantity Estimation & preparing BOQ for Mechanical & Electrical Works.
• Material Inquiry with required technical specification from Client and to prepare MAR to Take Approval.
• Calculation of Duct Size anda CFM etc.
• Preparing Documents for PTW including Method of Statement, Risk Assessment and Other required Documents.
• To Submit and get Approval for SIR.
• Complete responsibility of the project since Mobilization till hand Over.
HVAC Ducting Supervisor
• Planning and Execution of work as per design & drawing.
• GI & PI Ducting and Riser Installation.
• GI & PI Ducting Fabrication.
• To carry out installation & operation of all ducting activities.
• Schedule, assign, plans and monitors the work on the project site.
• Reviews Plans & drawing and also plans for future ducting works.
• Supervise the ducting works on the site.
• Train the technician on ducting works.
• Monitor the progress and schedules and work done by the technicians.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the Project Manager.
