I have experience working as a Technical Coordinator which involves addressing customer queries regarding issues they encountered in their coffee machines through emails and calls, sorting requests for service from clients to be scheduled by each technician and controlled documents such as sales invoices, service invoices, and job reports. I also experienced working in business processing outsourcing as a customer service representative and retention supervisor providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints. Support for clients to help ensure that every customer is satisfied with products, services, and features. I have worked closely as an admin clerk that performs general office clerical work, which may include customer service, basic word processing, data entry, filing and organizing, and related work.

Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments in an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work under pressure, multi-tasking with great communications skills, computer skills, and office skills. Focused on work and customer oriented all the time with superior value and services.
