Erection Manager for installation for lifts & heavy equipment

• Attend Client Meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
• Organizing site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.

• Assist Project Manager in drafting and issuance of project Proposals, Budgets, Cash flows and preliminary schedules
• Identification of control tools to monitor project plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
• Ensure all materials necessary are on site and take any action necessary to maintain this status.
• Prepare project organization and communication charts
• Assist PM in the reviewing of quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure interface problems are avoided and maximum work quality achieved.
• Follow up the progress in the projects.

• Review The DWG. And follow up the Fabrication parts in the workshop.
• Prepare complete activities of each discipline.
• Prepare a schedule for all the above activities in line with the project overall schedule.
• control and monitor all the above discipline activities with all discipline engineers including the design & procurement team
• Lead the planning engineers of the organization and monitor the sub- contractor's project progress.
• Provide weekly/Monthly reports to the higher management and highlight all the criticalities of the project.
• Effectively control the project in line with the overall project schedule.
• Advice the management the action plan required to control the project in line with the target.
