 Responsible for control all activities in Warehouse and Stores operations including shipping, deliveries, receiving, issue, stocking activities, stores and distributes supplies and equipment, documenting warehouse transactions, maintains inventory and stock records.
 Implement Site Material Control Procedure & Safety Procedures.
 Manage loading, unloading, lifting operations and coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.
 Arrange, count, segregate, sort materials in proper location according to classification and specification based on their type, class, sizes, style, colour, or product code.
 Manage daily cycle count activities, stock control, preservation of materials, inventory control, replenishment and stock levels.
 Responsible for the Overage and Shortage reports, track discrepancies on orders received, investigating and resolving variances.
 Coordinate material ordering, receipt, delivery and expedite the flow of work and materials according to production schedule.
 Monitor and update records such as receiving, issuance of materials and stock quantities available.
 Control, manage & supervise the actual operation of materials handling works, warehouse inventory transaction and storage activities with an accurate monitoring material in/out.
 Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and storage areas in safe conditions, clear and free of all hazards at all time.
 Maintain good communication and high level of coordination with production between the staff and other departments for routine activities and provide best customer services.
 Provides support to the project team with material transaction activities to ensure project equipment and materials are available to support the construction schedule in a timely and compliant manner.
 Prepare Documents and Reports, control a systematic filing system of project documents and file records of business transactions and office activities.
