Implementing the scheduled operational and maintenance activities. Ensuring that it
should comply with client requirements.
 Need basis interaction with Client representative and implement the changes in the field.
 Monitoring the compliance as per the applicable codes of practices, QA/QC policies,
performance standards and specifications.
 Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning
personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from sub - contractors.
 Determines project specifications by studying product design, client requirements, and
performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
 Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
 Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s
performance) and report regularly on project status.
 Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.
 Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project
participants to provide assistance and technical support.
 Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
