Preparing work method statement, risk assessment and material submittal to clients/consultants for approval.

Quantity surveying and raising the local purchase order for materials to execute work activites.

Supervision, Execution and managing the construction activities like Rebar fixing, Concrete works shuttering, finishing works (Tiles fixing, Plastering, Painting, Block work),interior works(gypsum board installation, doors and window installation),structural steel erection and fabrication including MEP works.

Solving the technical difficulties arises in the site and raising the technical queries (TQ) and site engineering queries (SEQ), Field change documents (FCD) to the consultants for approval.

Raising the request for inspection (RFI) and following it up with the client , conducting the quality test and making report over it.
Procurement of materials and inspecting to verify it with standards and quality status .

Prequalifying subcontractors, suppliers necessary to execute the scope.

Liaising with the subcontractors and suppliers for quotation, invoice then making it approved for submitting the purchase orders.
