Logistics Supervisor
• Arranging & distributing the manpower each-day (more than 1, 000 labors including company and supplies) to all the construction’s sites as per site’s requirements.
• Operating the transportation (Buses & 3 Ton/ 10 Ton Pick-up) smoothly on day to day basis for all the sites from pick up to drop-off the labors from camp to sites / site to site, along with deliveries from suppliers to sites and site to site as well.
• Supervise site’s stores for the consumable materials.
• Follow-up with Purchase Dept. for the sites orders to deliver them on time.
• Monitor closely with time-keeper for manpower requirements & other support services.
• Monitor closely with mechanical & technical team for the transportation’s vehicles conditions & site’s equipment/ power tool’s conditions (Equipment: Boom-Loader
/Bobcat/Shovel/Mobile Crane/Tower Crane & Power Tools to support the day to day site’s operations smoothly.
• Tackle and try solve the problems immediately from the available resources.
• Prepare & submit all kind of progress report to the Management as per their requirements.
