Preparation of project schedule (resource loaded) covering the entire scope within the defined timeline.
Monitor the progress periodically against the planned program.
Prepare progress report biweekly for site meeting and monthly progress report and submitted to consultant.
Attend client/consultant meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Provide overall support to project managers.
Process and track requests for information (RFIs) related to assigned projects.
Process, transmit, and track submittals.
