❖ Giving proper cash change to cashier and arrange the duty shift.
❖ Respond for cashiers request and price issue or any customer complaint.
❖ Maintain the POS Machine in perfect condition and check out area.
❖ Generate the sales report and reconcile sales report every end of the day with cashiers.
❖ Perform cashier duties during cashier absence or extreme work load.
❖ Evaluate the cashier's performance every quarter.
❖ Maintain daily, monthly and yearly account spreadsheet.
❖ Generate Account related report (cashier short and excess report and allowance report) every end of the month.
❖ Train to new cashier.
❖ Listen to the customer complaint, request and refer to the store manager if required.
❖ Handle store in absence of store supervisor or manager.
