Preparation and presentation of timely and accurate MIS, Quarterly and year-end financial statements at the company level for various operating and strategic decision making.

Preparing yearly budget and period review of variance analysis.

Preparing project wise cash flow and forecasting on weekly and monthly basis. Managing working capital factors to ensure the adequacy of funds.

Controlling of VAT (Value added tax) to ensure compliance with FTA Laws.

Approving purchase orders, customer credit limit, selling prices and keeping track of project gross margin.

Periodic review of all general ledger account analysis to ensure that the Company's financial records are accurate.

Controlling of accounting records for Fixed Assets, Bank, Inventory reconciliation, Payroll and ensuring compliance with all internal controls are in compliance with company’s finance policy.

Liaisons with the internal auditor for internal audit, external auditor for year-end audit, customers, suppliers and bank for Trade finance transaction, LCs and monitor related charges
