• Plan, monitor, assess resources, direct and act to ensure adherence to the Construction program to complete the project within the contract period and study Job specification to determine appropriate construction methods in line with project schedules and budget.
• Ensure proper planning, Construction schedule reviews and coordination to prevent problems on site before they occur.
• Coordinate design deliverables to Site Sub-Contractor and Determine, monitor work methods and performance of Subcontractor's work to ensure compliance with their obligations.
• Plan, organize, assign work and reviews, evaluates the performance of assigned staff.
• Monitor all kinds of construction activities, identifying problems, recommend improvement, modification, take immediate corrective action if required and prepare various progress reports.
• Manage terms and deliverables for both the prime contract and subcontracts in order to protect the Company's risks, contractual obligations and Read, interpret, apply and explain codes, regulation, procedures, materials data sheet and authorities' requirements to all construction team.
• Provide input to cost control in conjunction with the Commercial, Production, Planning Departments and Project Director / Manager in order to manage project cost and risk.
• Regularly review and monitor HSE concerns on site to ensure a safe working environment, in line with the management systems manuals and project management plan and ensure adherence to Company HSE policies, procedures and government regulations.
• Coordinate with the Engineering Department to get the latest approved materials, shop drawings to prevent any discrepancies or conflict and recognize discrepancies from as built to contract specification to recommend reconciliation of any discrepancies.
