Career Profile: - Started my career with a Multinational British Construction company (ALFUTTAIM CARILLION LLC.) engaged in Development of, Various most Prestigious Project in Dubai, eg.( DUBAI – FESTIVAL-CITY, Burj Dubai Old Town Development and Dubai Auto drome). AL Futtaim Carillion follows, mostly British Standard in all Operations in the Middle East. Joined on 26 December 2005 worked till 14th oct. 2014.

From 26 Nov 2014 till date working with Meydan sobha LLC FZ. The Meydan Group and Sobha Group have created a joint venture - Meydan Sobha LLC FZ - to develop 45 million square feet of freehold land into an exclusive destination of luxury villas and mansions and Highrise residential building surrounded by expansive green parks and lagoons within the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

Job Responsibilities: - Working as Senior Engineer (site) from March 2017 till date for MEYDAN SOBHA LLC FZ for their Highrise residential project at Dubai water canal SAFA B. involved in looking after the structure & finishes.

• In charge of structure and finishing of 2B+G+ 10 floors, reporting to project manager.
• Liaison with clients and subcontractors to deliver the project on time with required quality and project specification.
• Rasing RFI, MIR and WIR and attending the same with site consultant.
• Optimizing best use of all available resources in the organization to achieve the target.
• Ordering of material, machinery required for the execution of the project.

• Direct and Supervise the Civil Engineering Team for Execution, Comprising Supervisors, Foremen and Sub contractors.
• Raising RFI’s for any design Clarifications and coordination with Architect/consultant.
• Handling different packages like; Flooring (Linoleum, stone, Tile, Carpet etc.)
• Other Packages like; Ceiling, curtain shade, Mirror, Internal Glazing &, Furniture etc was handled.
• Monitoring the progress of work of subcontractor to make sure the work is being done as per the programme, project specification & HSE requirement.
