 Using AUTO CAD and Solidworks tools for make Structural drawings, Light
assembly, Seating Layout and driver work area
 Communicate and collect all technical data, specifications and Applications
which needs or requires from the clients.
 As per ARAI standard design and drafting SUPD, RUPD, Floor levels,
lightning, seats, window frames, Hand rails and Hand holds, Exterior body
projections, Interior fittings, Gangways, Dimensions of Doors, footsteps and
Escape Hatches etc.
 To make development of Body angles, Foundation and Structure profiles
 Supervision and Inspection of fabrication, erection, and welding works in
every stage
 Preparing and presenting accurate and reliable reports/schedule.
 Maintaining project schedules.
 Designing the TNSTC Moffussil buses as per AIS 052
 Designing the Special purpose vehicles
 Maintaining the chassis details
 Final Inspection at product delivery time
 Preparing the delivery documents
