facilities by in-house resources as well as external vendors and contractors. Review all outsourced
maintenance works with various tenders and achieve cost reduction, higher quality and standards.
§ Liaise with the Developer, OAM and FM team as an owner’s representative for smooth transactions
and workflow. Monitor Accounts and vendors. Prepare and ensure the fluent process for NOC’s
undertaking letters and fit out manuals. This includes various government and semi government
bodies and authorities of approval. Monitor actual fit-outs through periodic inspection of premises
and continuous interaction with the tenant’s representatives.
§ Get Inventories for the company through various sources. Provide market appraisals and successfully
attain listings. Develop and implement marketing campaigns through various medium.
§ Negotiate the sale of property to settlement and complete appropriate Dubai Land Department (DLD)
paperwork, such as MOU’s, DLD forms and other legal documents based on investment risks.
§ Selling, leasing and managing of commercial and residential property for external investors in various
community from master developers of Dubai.
§ Effectively develop robust relationships with all the tenants, real estate brokers and other
