Job Description:
 Managing parts of construction projects, overseeing building work, undertaking surveys.
 Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, supervising contracted staff.
 Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork.
 Preparing and checking Structural schematic framing with respect to Architectural plan.
 All structural design calculation as per IS code guide lines, reinforcement detailing & give guideline to CAD draftsman, preparing design Excel sheet for design, fully sub structure & super structure design as per IS code provision for all RCC and Steel structures.
 Constant co-ordination with site senior managers, Architects and consultant engineers during execution process.
 Submit and get approval of Structural drawings from concerned authorities.
 Design software: ETABS, SAP, STAAD.Pro
 Drawing tool: Auto CAD.
 MS Office
