• To be the backbone of the IT structure of the call center which includes the internet, continuous flow of internal and external emails in MS Exchange 2003 and the LAN.
• To be the IT Support / Helpdesk Support for more than 30 agents in the Call Center excluding the Supervisors and the General Manager himself
• Secures the stability of voice system of the company using Avaya Systems (IPO).
