• Monitoring and Coordination with the tendering Department – Identify potential difficulties – Secure the indirect cost – Providing the optimal solution with regards the construction methodology and the logistic plan to be implemented and finalizing the bid quotation along with the GM
• Assuring implementation of the HSE regulations in coordination with the Safety and Environmental managers

New Cleveland Clinic Mega Project in Abu Dhabi
Fully responsible for levels 15, 16 and VIP 17 and 18.

• Delivering Project Management in variable sectors handling Civil Engineering works within Hospitals, complex office buildings, commercial buildings, residential, shopping centres, hotels, factories, banks, multi-storey car parks, logistic buildings and luxury estates
• Delivering high quality products exceeding client expectations
• Attending frequent meetings with the Client, appraising progress and highlighting issues, offering and implementing tangible solutions to issues raised
• Reporting directly to the General Manager, evaluating Contract Change orders, handling negotiations with contractors, evaluating claims and variations, reviewing and approving monthly progress payments
• Representing the company in a professional and appropriate manner at all times whilst adhering to company policy, procedure and legislative guidelines
• Successfully appointing Engineers, delegating responsibilities, preparing time guidelines and ensuring contractors quality of work in the field.
• Efficiently ensuring safety, environment and health issues.
• Handling full management of the lead team of Engineers involved with the project; assigning contractors and identifying and engaging the core team of professionals enabling optimisation of project completion
• Efficiently monitoring construction activities in coordination with the CM, ensuring compliance with corporate identified requirements
• Tracking project milestones and deliverables whilst identifying discrepancies affecting the critical path
• Implementing the terms of the contract in full accordance with client’s needs whilst preserving the company’s rights
