Currently working in EllisDon as Project Management Consultant for Emaar & Meraas at Dubai Hills Estate project with total cost of 30 Billion AED .Dubai Hills Estate is a city established in 11 Million Square meters area consisting of more than 6000 Villas &Townhouses, 30,000 Residential Units, Regional Mall, 5 Star Hotels, Unique Offices, 18 Hole Golf course & Clubhouse, Community Parks, Hospital and Bridges.

• Prepare and Update Master Programme for Weekly Progress Report
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports for Emaar & Meraas which reflect progress summary
• Attend Weekly Progress meeting with Contractor, Consultant & Client
• Review and Approve Contractor Baseline Program for progress monitoring
• Review Contractor Extension of Time claims and give recommendations to Client
• Discuss critical issues when actual progress falling behind planned progress with Consultant & Client
• Review & Approve Recovery Program at the time of delay in project
• Prepare Board Meeting presentations for Emaar Chairman.
• Track and update Authority Approvals process and PQA Inspections
• Update Design Tracker for new upcoming projects
• Discuss and update Procurement Process with Cost Consultant
