Transport Co-ordination
Tracking shipment In-bound, Out-bound and entering the data in the system - SAP/Oracle
Arranging the shipping documents for Outbound shipment (Invoice, Packing list, COO, COC,SASO,Embassy Legalisation if needed)
As per the Shipping terms arranging the shipment from Suppliers
Once all documents for the out bound EX-Works shipments is ready,  we will inform customer to arrange the collection from our wharehouse
For the DDU,DDP, CIF we will arrange the forwarder for delivery to Customer and tracking the shipment till the end
For drop shipment delivery (Suppleir to Customer direct delivery eg: Spain to K.S.A ) we will handle the collection and delivery with our documents , not supplier documents
Sending every day reports to our warehouse team for the inbound & outbound shipment planning
Validating freight  invoices (in SAP) for payment process as per the agreement with forwarders
Checking the customs document with our documents and entering the data in the system - SAP/Oracle
Once the inbound shipment arrives at the port , arrange the customs clearing  documents and collecting the shipment from the port
Online applying the chember of commerce
Arranging  short meeting every day with other departments for the operation planning for Customer satisfaction
Arranging the claims from the Insurer for any damage incurred for the inbound shipments
Arranging insurance for CIF shipments
Warehouse Management
receiving the shipment and entering the data in WMS and forward the receiving sheet to the team for physical checking of materials
Inventory handling 
preparing the packing list as per the customer order
Managing 25-30 peoples (Forklift operators, Man power teams , Drivers) for the daily operations
