With almost 20 years experience in the English language teaching field, as well as a Master's Degree in Teaching English as an Additional Language, I feel I would be an asset to a college, university, or language school that takes English language learning seriously. I take a student-centered approach to teaching, and look for opportunities to create course designs and curriculum to best match students' goals, while challenging and stretching their language abilities. Course design and curriculum development are my key strengths, as well as developing strong rapport with students. I strive to continually learn and keep up with latest approaches and methodology in this field. I feel I could offer the best education to students who have well-defined language goals and a strong desire to succeed. I look forward to sharing what I have to offer with students in the UAE.
