I have done Bachelor of Science in Social Work and M.Phil in Social Work from University of Sargodha, Punjab-Pakistan with 3.00 CGPA.
As far as my practical experience is concerned, I have worked with different organizations in various contexts i.e. field operations, rehabilitation of children with disabilities, data collection, protection, community mobilization, child education, right to education.
I have worked as an Academic Field Worker with Child Protection Unit Kohat, Welfare Home Kohat, Drug Rehabilitation Centre Kohat and Nishtar Special Education Centre for Visually, Physically and Mentally Handicapped children. During my field works with those organizations, I was able to undertake community mobilization initiatives in the target area. Moreover, I was able to establish sound rapport with the clients and other stakeholders. Further to it, I was able to collect data from vulnerable children through structured interview schedule. Different community-based initiatives were undertaken for providing protection children with disabilities.
I am well verse in data collection and field operations. I have extensively studied research methodology in my BS and M.Phil studies. Moreover, my BS research dissertation was quantitative in nature which helped me in getting expertise of collecting data individually. And in M.Phil my research study was Qualitative in nature, which I observe to the respondents and also conduct the data through interview. I am also good in using computer and other gadgets for data collection and recording.
