• Supervised Construction work as per specifications, Dubai municipality and Trakhees (Nakheel) authority requirement and Satisfactory handed over and closeout of the projects.
• Attended, represented, chaired, controlled and minuted kick off meetings, progress Meetings, financial, MEP, technical and coordination meetings with all parties.
• Reviewed project Quality Control process and method statement as per specification and contract documents. Ensured it is implemented and maintained.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Developed and maintained project plans and project schedules
• Expedited all shop drawings, materials etc submission and approvals.
