 Supervise 610 Fleet including (HYUNDAI, TOYOTA HIACE, TOYOTA HI-ROOF,MAXUS, HIGER, MITSUBISHI, TOYOTA COASTER, ASHOK LEYLAND, TATA)
 Send daily fleet report to General Manager, Division Manager & Finance Department
 Handling irate customer’s, with service issues personally
 Supervise all the daily activities of the operations unit such as fleet coordination, vehicle allocation, after sales services and driver allocation
 Supervision of vehicle availability and vehicle condition in all outlets according to the requirement
 Follow up on the replacement booking for out of service replacement and its vehicle arrangements
 Document preparation of traffic fine settlement
 Follow up in the release of impounded/disputed vehicle from police custody
 Follow up, providing necessary documents and act as mediator between customer and PR department for that agreements with legal issues
 Audits and surprise inspection of vehicles in various locations to check vehicle condition and vehicle misuse
 Monthly sale car list to be prepared
 Keep records of vehicles registration and petrol cards like expiry dates and renewals.
 Responsible for vehicle Passing, New registrations.
 Knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah Routes.
 Knowledge of IVMS, GPS, Tracking system, Fleet Man, Dubai Technology.
 Flow up with drivers regrading routes, Trips.
 Coordinating with clients through Phone & E-Mail for replacement vehicle inquiry and other issues.
 Prepare replacement job order for clients and update in system.
 Making clearance of drivers going on annual leave.
 Coordinate with Finance, HR, HSE, QC, sales & Workshop department regarding Clients, Drivers & Vehicle issues through phone & E-mail.
