My duties and responsibilities

• Quantifying Materials and Equipment for Electrical, Electronic and Fire Detection and Alarm Works based on the furnished plan.
• Prepare Accubid Pro and Accusum.
• Prepare estimate of Bill of Quantity/Bill of Materials and Costing for bidding purposes and for construction.
• Prepare RFQ’s for Supplier, based on the required materials and equipment.
• Prepare Query.
• Prepare General Requirements/Preliminaries
• Perform Site Visit and Inspection.
• Responsible to attend Pre Bid Meeting.
• Responsible for scrutinizing Bid Docs, Tender Docs and Specification
• Responsible for reconciliation of Cost Proposal for Bided Project and Additional Works of Awarded Project.
• Evaluate different contractor and trade contractor’s proposal cost to eliminate the higher proposal.
