• Provide 3rd line support for both internal and external users (remote support and on-site visits), covering Outlook, Windows XP, Windows 7,windows 10, Active Directory administration, Eobs devices Citrix admin, Microsoft Management Console and MS Office suite

• VMware product line, specifically : VSphere and vCenter Operations- create design documents for deploying VMware solutions with recommended architecture – to help give me a better understanding and all round knowledge of VMware , VSphere, hyper-v VDI works
• Server support with implementation of IMS and ISO27001
• Leading projects. Projects such as migrating our physical desktop estate to Zero & Thin Clients, helping save the organisation thousands of pounds per annum on electricity
• Overseeing the implementation of new clinical systems & technical solutions.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of already existing systems & infrastructures.
• Completing jobs raised by our 1st & 2nd line support teams via a job logging system (LANDESK Service Desk).
• Liaising with stakeholders, directorate management and directors for business improvement plans.
• ISO9001 & ISO/IEC27001 standard.
• Provide 24/7 support by working an on-call rota.
• Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access and Microsoft Office Outlook E-mail, Calendaring and scheduling – Data and Systems Backup and Replications management. Well versed with different Backup types (Full , incremental, differential, etc)
