My name is Muhammed Ashfaq PV. I am a CCNA certified IT Engineer having Two and half year of Experience and hold a professional degree in Information Technology Engineering from Calicut University.

I have been working with First Abu Dhabi bank as IT Support Engineer for a 6 month of project contract (FAB Merging Implementation) with Wipro ltd. Where I Provided support for phone and email requests in a professional and courteous manner, Maintained detailed records of support provided in an incident management system(HPSM), Part of Operation Readiness Testing, Provided on-site support for users in Branches when needed, Installed/Configured and troubleshoot core banking Applications(Globous T24,ICCS, etc.) and applications in MS Office Suite(Outlook, Excel, etc.), etc.

My remaining Experience for Two years where in Xybo3 IT solutions, India as an IT Support Engineer where I have gained substantial knowledge and hands on experience in networking devices like Routers, Firewalls and Switches. I also have experiences in various Microsoft operating systems (server 2008, server 2012, windows 10, windows 8, etc.), Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word etc.), Surveillance devices (CCTV), EAPBX and Bio-metric devices.
