Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain discipline for inheriting dignity and decorum of the school ideology.
• Prepare, design & deliver an age-appropriate lesson plan (classroom or field lesson plan).
• Make sure all training is conducted in an enthusiastic, dynamic, challenging, realistic and safe manner in line with the training objectives and current modern philosophy and Pedagogies.
• Used team sports to create the intubation of unity among the students while promoting a competitive ambition to improve individual skills.
• Planning based on Macro, Meso, Micro plans & rectification of skill according to forthcoming tournaments.
• Organizing Intramural games for the betterment of the team performance in Extramural Competitions.
• Exhilarate the importance of living a healthy & active lifestyle to all students through the promotion of accountability in nutrition and physical activity.
• To develop sportsmanship in the students for safe and Ethical participation.
• To take formative and summative assessments to know the level of understanding of the students.
