to the preparation of final accounts

resource utilisation to maximise output
● In-depth knowledge of execution & maintenance of HVAC, Firefighting,
Sanitary Drainage, Rain Water Drainage & Domestic Water and Machine
Programming of CNC & Wire Cutting NC
● Developed project baselines; monitored projects with respect to cost,
resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure
satisfactory execution of projects
● Hands-on experience in manufacturing of air conditioners which include
Package Unit, Split Unit & Window Type
● Possess strong relationship management & communication skills with
skills to identify & network with Project Engineers, Engineering
Consultants / Clients / Vendors / Suppliers / Subcontractors / Local
Officials/Authority with ease as well as obtaining necessary approvals for
the projects.
