• Checked contractor shop drawing as per approved IFC drawing for approval.
• Checked material submittal as per specification.
• Checked technical submittal as per contract specification.
• Review shop drawing as per IFC drawing of all infrastructure activates.
• Closing the site issues RFI and MS.
• Monitor daily activities on site and supervise also.
• Prepares all necessary shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Establishes internal weekly meetings to review project status.
• I am responsible leading a large site supervision team, to checked Soft landscape, hardscape and irrigation design drawing and prepared shop drawing.
• I supervise sewerage, gully, manhole, paving work, cycle tracks, footpaths, walkways, Landscape & Irrigation works, Landscape lighting, Handicap, Signage, water feature, Shad of car parking, BBQ, & natural wade stream, fountain, hardscape and play equipments etc full package of infrastructure.
