I recently graduated from the Nottingham Trent University with a BSc degree in Biological Sciences majoring in Biochemistry and Microbiology. Now wanted to make pursue my career as a microbiologist as lab technician or as an administrator. The work experience is not related to the field, but from 2003-2004, I had worked as a volunteer for the Asian Games 2006 in Qatar.
As for work experience, I worked as an Administrator Executive for a private company by the
name of Masscat Trading and Contracting based in Qatar. This company mainly dealt with the
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) work. My duties included implementing
administrative control procedures for management reporting on daily employee utilizations,
resources utilization and performance evaluation as well as follow up of all formalities for the
new employees namely manpower resourcing, approvals for new employment visa, medical and
other formalities, etc.
In the purchasing department, I assisted in preparing procedures for keeping track of all
purchases and material use, assisting the managed in t in record keeping and follow up with
clients for billing and payments recovery.
Currently I am working as a Partner for a security manpower company by the name of
Transnational Security Services LLC based in Dubai. My duties include registering company
profile online on various companies online in order to bid for the upcoming tenders in the field
of security guards. Nowadays I am mostly working on updating the cash flow within the
company and maintaining up to date receipts list for the items purchased etc.
